You will be an integral member of our Inside Sales team: 30 people, across North, Central and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. You will be working for one of the world's leading suppliers of capital equipment and services to the packaging industry in the fields of folding carton, corrugated cardboard, flexible materials, and label. Our client is represented in more than 50 countries and is highly successful.

 

Responsibilities:

The current vacancy is for an Inside Sales Executive role for the Latin America South market based in Brazil. As an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) you are responsible for a range of sales activities for our client in the Latin American countries. Your mission is to drive demand and sales for our client’s services / “after-sales-market” product portfolio into existing customers, based on a set sales target objective. You would work 40 hours per working week from Monday to Friday corresponding to Latin America standard business hours.

  • You communicate via telephone (proactive outbound calling and managing inbound call) and e-mail with existing customers of our client in the Latin America-market territory, and completely in the name of our client.
  • You are a critical account management interface between our client, the Area Services Managers (ASM’s) of our client and the customers.
  • You are in contact with key customer decision-makers such as Production Directors or Managers, Plant Managers, Managing Directors / Company Owners.
  • You are highly empowered with full account management responsibilities in this position.
  • Your goal is finding, developing, and securing orders for our client’s services products: this means gathering and assessing new customer project requirements and information, establishing and developing business relationships with the key relevant decision-making and driving the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • You will work closely with your Area Services Managers team members (who are based and working on the ground in the Latin American countries) to manage your geography sales territory and you will drive sales activity together and collaboratively with your team colleagues
  • You will use a best-in-class CRM system to manage your work and all customer management and sales activities.

This position will be of interest to individuals who have a positive mindset about sales and who want to perform at a high level in a B2B customer and sales environment, and you will know that there are levels of behaviour that are expected of a professional salesperson. You will be able to work as part of a team and also in a very disciplined way in a home office working environment. You will also have a keen interest in customer management, sales and target achievement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in native level Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken), very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willing to work in home office working model with reliable and stable internet connection
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory, as we will invest highly into your sales skills)
  • Strong proven customer service skills would be an advantage, including previous part-time / study jobs
  • Result driven with high interpersonal skills and focus on achieving the business objective
  • Strong general business and commercial “intellect”
  • Proficient in using a personal computer and Microsoft Office
