Our Client:

You will be working for one of the world's leading suppliers of capital equipment and services for packaging and label manufacturers in the fields of folding cartons, corrugated cardboard and flexible materials. Our client is represented in more than 50 countries and is extremely successful.

 

Your Responsibilities:

You are an integral member of our Inside Sales team: 11 people, covering 11 countries in Europe, North and South America. As an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) you are responsible for a range of core sales activities of our client in the French & UK Market. Your mission is to drive demand and capital sales around our client’s machine product portfolio into new & existing customers, based on a set sales target objective. Your working place will be in Ulm, in Southern Germany, based on a 40 hours’ week from Monday to Friday, and corresponding to the French standard business hours.

  • Inside Sales with focus on new customer acquisition and capital machine sales development, for a defined list of target customers (ie. primarily prospects) in the French & UK region.
  • You communicate via telephone Proactive outbound calling (“hunting” calls), with objective to identify and speak to key relevant business decision-makers (and leverage detailed pre-call research which has been separately prepared by a specialist Data Research team).
  • You are a critical account management interface between our client, the Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) of our client and the customer
  • Your goal is finding, developing orders for our client’s machine product portfolio: this means gathering and assessing new customer project information and requirements, establishing, and expanding corresponding business relationships with the key relevant purchasing decision-making points and driving the sales cycle forward
  • You will work closely with your Regional Sales Managers team members (who are based and working on the ground in the France & UK) to manage your customer territory and drive sales activity together as a team
  • You will use a best-in-class CRM system to manage your work and all customer management and sales activities.

 

Your Qualities:

  • Fluency in French & English (C2), written and spoken
  • Bachelor's Degree, with first working (sales) experiences in the French and/or UK markets.
  • Result driven with high interpersonal skills and focus on achieving the business objective
  • Strong general business and commercial “intellect”
  • Willing to relocate to Germany
