Our Client is a multinational conglomerate which provides innovative and cost efficient B2B solutions for multiple industries. The products and services include information technology and communications equipment and systems, electronic components and materials as well as office equipment.

 

Your Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for lead generation you are responsible for the performance of your sales activities into the Spanish market.  Your core responsibility is to hunt for new business, understand the demand around our client’s product portfolio while contacting various industries and sectors. Performing against sales goals will be challenging for you. Your working place will be in Madrid, Spain with working hours from Mondays-Fridays (40 Hrs per Week).

  • Proactive outbound calling into the Spanish market and to speak to potential new customers in terms of finding new sales opportunities for business solutions
  • Relationship building towards key decision makers whilst listening and understanding businesses, requirements and needs
  • Presenting the products/services of our client in a structured and professional way
  • Arrange qualified leads and meetings with potential new businesses
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Feeding future buying trends back to our client
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Reporting to the Performance and People Manager

 

Your Qualities:

  • Ideally a candidate with first sales experience, who genuinely feels they have what it takes to make it as a top Inside Sales Executive
  • Native level Spanish speaker + fluent spoken and written English
  • High quality interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude, with focus on achieving the business objective
  • Strong general business and commercial “intellect”
  • Experience or interest in the world of solutions (SaaS, Cloud Services, CRM etc.)
