Max ASP's founders have more than 15 years of blue chip corporate experience.  We believe strongly that there is a wrong way and a right way of using TeleSales in a go-to-market sales organisation.  This is based on the following principles:

  • TeleSales performance cannot only be measured by the number of 'leads' which are generated.  The key in the end is the revenues and bottom line profit which is produced
  • TeleSales must be integrated into the overall sales organisation with strong Field Sales alignment in high value B2B markets. In this model the Field Sales people must be willing to work in a collaborative sales model. We call this the Virtual Sales Organisation
  • Results from TeleSales investment may not be immediate as it depends on the length of each specific sales cycle. In line with this business expectations must be realistic
  • High quality TeleSales can only be realised using highly trained people who have a passion for sales and high attention to detail in their work
