Uta's professional background is diverse, ranging from 12 years in Feinguss Blank in Riedlingen, including roles in HR and IT management. Uta worked after this in application consulting with HighQ IT in Munich and as SAP HR Consultant with Novasoft in Heidelberg. She gained wide ranging consulting and industry experience in these roles.

Since joining Max ASP in 2004 Uta has worked on multiple client projects, primarily in the area of outbound TeleSales and large scale CRM consultancy projects. This includes major projects for the IT and Medical Instruments industry sectors in EMEA. Uta is responsible for Max ASP’s Client Project Management and HR areas which are mission critical parts of Max ASP’s client delivery capability. Uta also oversees Max ASP’s key back-office functions.
