My name is Qiniselani “Q” Moremoholo. I am 23 years old and I live in Johannesburg, where I was born. 

After high school I went to London where I worked and studied Sales and Marketing for 1 year. I came back to South Africa and continued my studies in Advertising Management at Varsity College. I started my professional career with a major bank where I cut my teeth in sales and customer service. One year later I joined a major insurance company where I became a financial advisor. This is where I found my true passion for sales and relationship management. 

I joined Max ASP in 2008. I am a Government Account Manager working for a major international IT vendor. This project has given me the biggest responsibility I have ever had in my life. It is challenging but the skills I have learnt at Max ASP have made it an exciting environment where one looks forward to the next challenge with confidence and anticipation. For the first time in my working career I can envision where I would like to be in the future and I know I have the support from my management team to achieve my goals and targets. 

I would like to see myself as a sales manager with a team similar to the one I am working in now. I love seeing and being part of good team dynamics and I think that it is this passion that will drive me to become an excellent sales manager one day. 

We can all agree that business is all about the “bottom-line”, but this cannot be achieved if the team tasked with achieving this goal is not a well oiled machine. I would like to be the oil of that machine.

Max ASP has brought the best out of me as an individual. I quickly learnt when I started working at Max ASP that at Max ASP "we do not try, we do". This is the reason why I am so confident that I will achieve all of my dreams and aspiration - I will not try to achieve, I will.
