Sales & Marketing Manager in Ulm, Germany

My name is Monika Roth, I am 41 years, married, with one son of 18 years of age. I live in Biberach, about 40 kilometers from Ulm.  

As well as German, I speak English and French fluently. 
After my matriculation I started an apprenticeship in advertising and marketing administration. After some advanced trainings I pursued a career path in graphic design.  I worked in advertising agencies and also in large enterprise concerns. I was responsible for the whole printing area (including design, layout and text), trade fairs and the full range of advertising activities. 
I later started my own business in advertising and marketing and did this for over 13 years. During this time I accepted a brief from a senior client in the pharmaceutical sector, where I consulted their Product Managers in the area of advertising, trade fairs and general marketing.

In October 2007 I chose to step back from my business and to join Max ASP, where I worked as an Account Manager on an Enterprise client project in the IT services sector for 10 months. After that period I moved to the position of the Sales & Marketing Manager at Max ASP. 

In this role I am responsible for identifying and qualifying new clients and opportunities for Max ASP. 
I work close with our Managing Director Adam Lamont-Brown. I am constantly in contact with senior and key decision makers in the area of sales and marketing. In parallel I am responsible for Max ASP’s marketing activities.

The atmosphere in Max ASP and on the Trading Floor is the best I have ever seen and felt in any company. The continuous training and the internal conversations are essential.

We have one objective in common: to be successful. In one sentence: I love working in Max ASP.   . 

My personal view: good conversations are the key to business relationships.
