Team Leader in Ulm, Germany

My name is Katja Biccini, I am 23 and living in Ulm.  

I am a Team Leader in Max ASP, on a project for a major international medical products client. 

I served my apprenticeship as an Office Administrator at a pharmaceutical company near Ulm. 

As a Team Leader I am responsible for motivating my team, achieving the team's targets and supporting the ongoing coaching of my team members. I also have to manage my own accounts, with responsibility for account managing more than 400 pharmacy customers, working closely with my Field Sales colleagues.  

As an Account Manager on the phone I have the same level of responsibility and target revenues as my Field Sales counterpart. I sell on the phone, take care of existing customers, generate new business and new customers, and I do cross sell and up sell activity on outbound and inbound calls. 

I have grown with Max ASP by becoming a Team Leader. I absolutely enjoy working with my fabulous team and for my client.
