Adam is a co-founder of Max ASP and the main business owner.
 
Adam’s background and experience is based on more than 12 years in the TeleSales and Call Centre industry. This included 5 years with Merchants in the United Kingdom, a leading Call Centre and TeleSales outsourcing and consultancy company. Adam worked on a range of blue chip client assignments, specialising in outbound TeleSales programs, including for Lexmark, IBM, Perot Systems and Cellnet.
 
Adam joined Compaq Computer Corporation (which later merged with Hewlett Packard Corporation) in 1997 in a leading role to develop Compaq’s first Sales Call Centre operation in the United Kingdom. Adam became the Sales Manager, and led the creation of an integrated Field Sales and TeleSales organisation focused on Key and Enterprise Accounts. Adam later led Compaq’s Teleweb organisation in the Emerging Markets Region, establishing new TeleSales organisations in South Africa, the Middle East and in Eastern Europe. This included detailed strategy work on Go-to-Market design and implementation.
