Max ASP’s approach to employee motivation and benefits is a core part of our business model. Our objective for hiring new people is to bring individuals to our business who either have a strong existing sales track record or individuals with the potential and ‘attitude’ to succeed in Max ASP’s performance-driven sales environment.
